A Denver Based, food-obsessed, freelance creative.

Oh hi! I’m Mary Kate — thanks for being here. There’s always room for you at my table.

I started Kitchen Sync Agency in 2025 because, quite honestly, I never stop thinking about food. Whether I’m deep-diving into restaurant recs on TikTok or keeping tabs on the latest CPG innovations, I’m obsessed with how food shows up in the digital world. I created this agency to help local restaurants, bars, and up-and-coming consumer brands craft an online presence that truly reflects who they are.

I’m fascinated by brands like Brightland and Ghia — the ones that take everyday products and elevate them into something so thoughtful, so well-designed, that people will go out of their way to buy them. That’s the kind of work I love helping bring to life.nt, scrappy approach to content creation.

I’m no stranger to working with food.
My career began at a local food bank, where I saw firsthand how powerful food can be in building and sustaining communities. There, I learned how to build a social media presence from scratch and developed an efficient, scrappy approach to content creation.

From there, I spent three years with the largest vegetable commodity board, promoting one of the most iconic and versatile ingredients out there — potatoes! That role sharpened my skills in marketing strategy, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and even launching a brand-new ambassador program. It also cemented my love for food-focused storytelling.

Now, I help hospitality and CPG brands elevate their image with sharp creative — from Squarespace websites to scroll-stopping UGC.

Let’s get cooking.
